Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders/Fabricators for projects located in the Bonney Lake, WA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform fabrication, fitting, and welding on a variety of metal materials Grind, cut, measure, and prepare materials for fabrication Perform wire-feed (MIG), stick (SMAW), and flux-core (FCAW) welding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements Operate grinders, cutting equipment, and other fabrication tools Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Requirements Previous experience as a Welder/Fabricator Proficient in MIG (wire-feed), Stick, and Flux-Core welding Experience welding a variety of metals Strong measuring, cutting, and grinding skills Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Company Details Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
