Recreation Therapy Assistant-Per Diem (PD) Position Requirements High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Self‑motivated team player that can work independently. Highlight of Responsibilities Assists with the planning, organization, and implementation of specialized group activities and conducts specialized group activities designed to motivate, stimulate, and improve the quality of life for facility residents including those diagnosed with dementia. Conducts one‑on‑one individualized activities and sensory stimulation for residents who do not actively participate in group activities. Transports residents to area where programs are being conducted. Communicates residents progress and/or concerns resulting from activity related participation.
