Korhorn Financial Group is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support our clients with policy updates, questions, and day-to-day service needs. - Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage updates
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Support the sales team with policy servicing needs
- Maintain accurate client records
- Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Positive, team-first attitude
