Position Overview:
Korhorn Financial Group is looking for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our business clients with policy servicing, documentation, and ongoing account needs.

Responsibilities :

• Service commercial accounts, including policy changes and renewals
• Prepare certificates of insurance and documentation
• Respond to client and carrier inquiries
• Assist producers with account management tasks
• Maintain accurate and organized client records

Qualifications :

• Commercial insurance experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
