Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production process.
• Handle and process tungsten powder, starting the chemical manufacturing process.
• Perform general labor tasks including using hand tools and moving products.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or a chemical plant environment.
• Ability to operate machinery and handle industrial tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform manual labor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience in mechanical, construction, or chemical industries.
• Strong work history and ability to work in a very physical, demanding environment.

Work Environment

• This role operates in a challenging industrial environment, which includes exposure to high temperatures and non-climate-controlled conditions. Training is provided over two weeks, with initial sessions at a dedicated facility followed by onsite learning. Expect a very physical workday involving manual labor and exposure to chemicals, with safety being a top priority.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
