The Sales Consultant will guide clients through the process of buying and selling real estate, from initial inquiry to final transaction, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Responsibilities Conduct property consultations, understand client needs, present appropriate real estate options, and support negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain strong client relationships, provide timely updates, and collaborate with internal teams to coordinate listings, viewings, and documentation. Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and representing Y THE BROKERS with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions. Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver a positive client experience throughout the transaction. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present information clearly, negotiate effectively, and build long-term relationships. Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage, or a related field, is highly beneficial. Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations in New York is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and tasks, and maintain accurate records and documentation. Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads and client interactions.
