Treasury AnalystLocation: Houston, TXCompensation: $65,000 to $70,000 annuallyBenefits: This position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations, cash management, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role will be responsible for monitoring daily cash activity, preparing cash flow forecasts, analyzing financial performance, and supporting budgeting and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute daily cash position reportsMonitor daily cash activity and support cash management processesPerform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close activities, including cash-related journal entries and account reconciliationsPrepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts and 13-week cash flow projectionsAnalyze cash trends, forecast variances, and working capital driversAssist with banking relationships, account administration, and treasury documentationSupport liquidity planning and cash optimization initiativesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reportingPrepare financial analyses, reports, and KPI dashboards for managementAnalyze operating results and investigate budget-to-actual variancesSupport management presentations and executive reporting packagesPartner with department leaders to gather financial information and support planning initiativesAssist with financial modeling and forecasting activitiesProvide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-makingCollaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams on cross-functional projectsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirementsAssist with process improvement initiatives and special projectsComplete ad hoc financial analyses and reporting assignmentsSupport internal and external audit requests related to treasury and finance activitiesQualifications2+ years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong understanding of cash management, cash flow forecasting, and financial reportingExperience with account reconciliations and month-end close activitiesStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience working with an ERP or financial management systemPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExperience preparing 13-week cash flow forecastsTreasury or cash management experienceExperience with financial modeling and KPI reportingExperience preparing executive-level reporting packagesBanking or cash management system experienceWhy Choose Addison Group?Competitive Pay: We negotiate salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data to help ensure you receive fair market compensation.Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Life Insurance.Career Growth: Our recruiters have direct relationships with top employers, giving you access to exclusive opportunities.Personalized Support: We take the time to understand your career goals and connect you with opportunities that align with your experience.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
