Responsibilities for a Purchasing Administrator include but are not limited to:

• Communicate with vendors and support purchasing operations through vendor calls and follow-ups
• Update, create, and manage purchase orders in Oracle while ensuring data accuracy
• Maintain and organize electronic purchasing files and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing team and assist with daily workflow

Candidates for Purchasing Administrator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook with strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
