Data Scientist Level 3As a Data Scientist Level 3 at Independent Software, you will apply advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to analyze and assess large-scale datasets. You will design, implement, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including autonomous AI agents, to support complex mission requirements. This role combines hands-on AI/ML development with model optimization, Large Language Models, and emerging agentic AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large and complex data holdings to identify patterns, relationships, and trendsApply data science techniques to support and advance CNE capabilitiesWork with CNO tools and data to support mission requirementsDevelop innovative analytical approaches for complex data challengesApply AI and automation techniques to scale analytical processesDevelop methods for identifying hidden patterns and generating actionable conclusionsEvaluate and refine analytical methods to improve accuracy and scalabilityTranslate complex data findings into meaningful technical and mission insightsCollaborate with technical and mission teams to support operational objectivesDocument analytical methods, findings, and resultsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in data science, computer science, data analytics, or a related technical fieldExperience working with CNO tools and/or CNO dataUnderstanding of CNE capabilities and related technical environmentsExperience analyzing large and complex datasetsAbility to identify hidden patterns, relationships, and trends within large data holdingsExperience applying AI and/or automation to data analysisAbility to develop innovative analytical approaches to complex problemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical findings and analytical conclusions effectivelyEducation and Experience: Candidates must meet one of the following:Master's degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience; ORBachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of relevant experience; ORAssociate's degree plus ten (10) years of relevant experienceDegree must be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
