WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $60,000 - $80,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Assist Project Manager.
- Coordinate administrative activities for commercial projects, ensuring project information, timelines, and communication remain organized throughout the process.
- Set up projects and process purchase orders, change orders, and product returns using internal systems and project management software.
- Work closely with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to coordinate project details and installation schedules.
- Monitor product orders, shipment schedules, and warehouse deliveries while addressing potential delays or inventory issues.
- Maintain project documentation, including equipment manuals, warranty information, completion records, and contractor punch lists.
- Support project closeout activities by organizing final documentation and coordinating equipment startup inspections when required.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE • 2+ Years of B2B customer service and distribution experience.• Microsoft Office Experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
