Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will own a geographic region and be responsible for developing new business, strengthening existing relationships, and driving specification-led sales across the company's complete portfolio of cooling and heat transfer solutions.


This is a consultative, solution-selling role focused on influencing engineers, contractors, EPC firms, data center operators, and end users on large-scale capital projects.


We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with an existing network and proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

Duties of the role include:

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
• Drive new business development and pipeline creation
• Cultivate relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, EPC firms, and end users
• Influence project specifications and equipment selection
• Identify opportunities within data center, power generation, industrial, and mission-critical infrastructure markets
• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with sales engineering and application engineering resources
• Maintain sales forecasts, reports, and CRM activity
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
• Travel throughout the territory and internationally as required

• Custom Engineered Thermal Management Solutions

These technologies play a critical role in supporting data centers, AI facilities, industrial operations, and power infrastructure where reliability, efficiency, and uptime are essential.

Required experience:

• Proven territory ownership with quota responsibility
• Strong history of new business development and hunting success
• Experience selling engineered or technical solutions
• Track record of managing long, complex sales cycles
• Experience working with consulting engineers and design teams
• Ability to influence specifications and drive project wins
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and business reporting
