Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing clinical oversight and monitor client progress.
- Supervise and support RBTs/behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet compliance requirements.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and case reviews. Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience providing ABA services, preferably with children with autism.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
- Valid state licensure/certification as required.
