Position Summary
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, parent training, and supervision of behavior technicians/RBTs across clinic, home, and community settings. - Conduct behavioral and functional assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, and other assessment tools
- Develop individualized treatment goals and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and program modification
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide parent training, caregiver consultation, and collaborative care coordination
- Complete reassessments, treatment reports, and clinical documentation in accordance with insurance and organizational guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely billing and service documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and regular clinical meetings
- Deliver services via telehealth when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies
- Complete competency assessments and required trainings within designated timelines
- Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure required
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Ability to manage documentation and clinical responsibilities efficiently
- including monthly bonus potential
- $5,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance
- Average caseload of only 5 clients per BCBA
- 20% dedicated supervision time
- Monday-Friday schedule - No weekends
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
