Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

What's the Job?

Collects quality data to support the achievement of quality objectives
Performs comprehensive quality product inspections and maintains inspection records
Analyzes quality issues to identify root causes and implements corrective and preventive actions
Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and procedures through documentation review and inspection
Inspects incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in-process assemblies according to Inspection Plans and Specifications

What's Needed?

Hands-on experience in quality and manufacturing within an ISO-certified environment
Proficiency in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs
Experience with Document Control software
Familiarity with SAP, ISO-9001, and quality systems such as DFx or FMEA is a plus
Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges effectively
