As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Security in Georgetown, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor access processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations promptly to appropriate personnel and follow established reporting procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately while maintaining a professional presence in a dynamic technology workplace.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
