Facility:
This facility is part of a comprehensive pediatric specialty center that provides over 30 specialized services to families in the community. As a patient-centered medical home and FQHC, the facility is dedicated to serving diverse populations with compassionate care, ensuring families no longer have to travel long distances for pediatric subspecialty care. The facility emphasizes interdisciplinary care and collaborative partnerships with various clinical services.

Opportunity:
Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician

Job Details:
• Provide specialty healthcare as part of a collaborative team for children and youth with special healthcare needs
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino community with dedication to underserved patient populations
• Work in a 1.0 FTE position (40 hours) with clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient care documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Early Intervention/ESIT, and Behavioral Assessment/Treatment Team
• Must be board eligible/board certified in developmental/behavioral pediatrics
• Completion of developmental/behavioral pediatric fellowship required
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
• Optional 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• Annual CME allowance provided with 20 hours of CME time
