This facility is part of one of the largest community health centers in the Northwest, operating as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and patient-centered medical home. The organization has grown to include over 40 clinics across 18 communities in Washington and Oregon, dedicated to serving underserved populations with compassionate care regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay.

Opportunity:
Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician

Job Details:
• Provide specialty healthcare as part of an interdisciplinary team to children and youth with special healthcare needs
• Serve a largely migrant and Latino community in a patient-centered medical home environment
• Work collaboratively with clinical partners including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Early Intervention services
• Flexible FTE options ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 (20-40 hours per week)
• Clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
• Must be board eligible or board certified in developmental/behavioral pediatrics
• Completion of developmental/behavioral pediatric fellowship required
• Opportunity to participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• Position includes malpractice insurance coverage with no tail coverage policy needed
• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B candidates
