Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address client needs, including pre-crisis planning, risk assessments, and behavior management strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate documentation per regulatory standards and organizational policies is paramount to ensure compliance and facilitate team communication.

• Collaborate with program teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality standards across services.

• Serve as a liaison to state and community partners, forming strong connections to enhance client care and programming opportunities.

• Establish robust communication channels to meet contract standards, promoting our mission within the larger Yakima community.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency in regional meetings to build expertise and drive personal growth.

• Promote and integrate the agency’s mission and values in every aspect of client interaction and organizational engagement.

• Complete any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with our mission to improve client mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of your role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing emotional wellness challenges, recovering from substance use, and managing developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Current LMHC licensure issued by the state of Washington is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
