We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who combines clinical excellence with genuine care to help our diverse patient population overcome mobility challenges and achieve their functional goals.We are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and functionDocument patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededEducate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury preventionCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive careStay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniquesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic cultureParticipate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement. Frequency may vary by market, business need, and role.Qualifications:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferredState physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferredSuccessful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferredExperience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferredStrong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledgeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to connect with patients from diverse backgroundsTeam-oriented approach to patient careExperienced and new graduates encouraged to apply!What We Offer:Join our team and experience a workplace that truly values your wellbeing and growth.
