MRI Technologist - Part Time - Day Shift

Role Overview: This is a full-time position for a Charge MRI Radiology Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, independently conducting studies, and overseeing shift operations. The technologist serves as a clinical resource, mentors staff and students, and assumes supervisory responsibilities in their absence. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on MRI and other advanced modalities. Assist in prioritizing patient care and problem-solving imaging issues. Manage daily workflow, assignments, and department operations. Troubleshoot equipment and IT issues, and ensure proper supply management. Mentor staff, students, and provide ongoing technical guidance. Serve as a clinical liaison, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or Trade School equivalency. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) and/or MR (ARRT). 2-5 years of radiology experience; 5-10 years preferred.
