Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Critical Care Float Pool RN with Epic certification and Navy blue scrubs for a travel assignment. The role involves providing high-level care across multiple ICU environments, including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU, with float responsibilities to ensure optimal patient coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients in neuro, trauma, medical, and surgical units.
• Float between multiple ICU environments, including ED and PACU, to support staffing needs.
• Perform skilled assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient vital signs with proficiency.
• Complete competency testing within 24 hours of start date, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation within electronic medical records per facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of acute ICU experience.
• Epic certification and recent experience in Level I trauma center settings.
• Comfortable caring for critically ill patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, and other ICU environments.
• Ability to float seamlessly across various ICU units and perform under pressure.
• Proven competency in critical care procedures and patient management.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adaptable to schedule changes.
