Job Title Harmony River Living Center is seeking full‑time and part‑time servers (Dietary Aide / Dining Aide / Culinary Assistant). Location 1555 Sherwood Street NE, Hutchinson, MN 55350. The facility is located in western Minnesota, close to Cedar Mills, West Lynn, & Silver Lake. Hours
6:15 AM – 2:15 PM ; 4:30 PM – 7:15 PM.
Responsibilities The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high‑quality dining experience for residents by assisting with meal preparation, dining room set‑up, and meal service in accordance with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Demonstrated compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all residents and staff. Pay Range Estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 – $20.59 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
