Marketing Specialist

We are looking for Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity, commercial awareness and strong research skills with the ability to take ownership of their work and move projects forward with confidence. Key Responsibilities Execute and coordinate day-to-day marketing activity across digital and offline channels. Develop fresh content and campaign ideas aligned with the brand. Ideate and coordinate LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, calendars and resharing plans. Monitor industry news, competitors, customers and social media conversations for relevant content opportunities. Research topics across liquid cooling, AI infrastructure, data centers, technology, sustainability and energy efficiency. Turn technical and industry information into clear and engaging marketing content. Support on-page SEO, including keyword placement, content optimization and basic performance tracking. Work closely with designers on presentations, brochures, campaigns and other brand materials. Coordinate with sales, technical, leadership and HR teams on marketing priorities and requirements. Maintain structured marketing plans, content calendars, event lists and campaign trackers. Research relevant industry events, awards, PR opportunities, speaking opportunities and media platforms. Support website content updates and identify opportunities to strengthen messaging and positioning. Take ownership of assigned projects and follow them through to completion. Required Skills Fluent written and spoken English. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience. Strong written communication and content development skills. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Ability to manage responsibilities independently and without constant supervision. Proactive working style with confidence to bring forward ideas and recommendations. Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand technical or unfamiliar subject matter. Strong working proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Understanding of digital marketing and SEO fundamentals. Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn content development and execution. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving,international business environment. Good to Have Experience in B2B, technology, data centers, AI infrastructure, AEC, engineering, energy or IT services marketing. Experience marketing technical products or services. Familiarity with CMS platforms. Exposure to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Knowledge of paid campaigns and digital marketing tools. Experience supporting executive or thought‑leadership content. Experience working across international markets.
