Direct Sales Agent Specialist – Direct Auto Insurance The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for the profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales and understanding customers' needs to build rapport and trust. This position drives sales, builds and retains a book of business within the market/retail location, and attracts and generates new customers while cross‑selling existing customers, supporting our product offerings—including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance. The role sells to walk‑in customers, markets products outside the office via marketing calls and in‑person visits, and helps customers in the office.
