Base pay range $15.00/hr - $23.00/hr Direct message the job poster from HarveStaff Remote Recruiter | Crafting Diverse Career Journeys | Glass Family of Companies Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to perform essential laboratory tasks under the supervision of a Full-Time Employee (FTE). Responsibilities include various activities such as seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, reagent preparation, and other routine laboratory functions. Job Description Assist in operating laboratory equipment to generate accurate data. Support the receipt and inspection of raw materials, including ordering and stocking supplies. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment under the guidance of an FTE. Skills Required Proficiency in conducting repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms. Experience in fast-paced and/or team-oriented environments is preferred. Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and general lab procedures. Education/Training/Certifications Minimum of an associate degree in a scientific field Additional Requirements Lab teams may shift, and tasks may vary based on the current production season and daily laboratory needs. Shift Hours: (Hours are subject to change)
