Responsibilities Work one-on-one with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders, providing behavior supports and interventions in home and community settings Develop and implement individualized behavior plans, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform treatment decisions Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers to promote consistent implementation of behavior plans Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy Requirements Minimum Requirements: 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field; high school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, behavioral sciences); experience working with individuals with ASD or related neurodevelopmental disorders; certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain About the Role PER_DIEM schedule with flexible hours to accommodate client needs Opportunities for Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy Collaborative Environment: Work as part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr New-Patterns-Aba
