Shift Details

Average shift duration is 4 hours; many shifts extend to 6‑8+ hours depending on client needs
Weekend shifts pay higher than weekday shifts

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and conversation; light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Assist with personal hygiene care (toileting, bathing, etc.)
Incidental transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
Medication assistance and/or reminders
Alzheimer’s/memory care support

Training & Support

No experience required. We provide paid training, job shadowing, and on‑the‑job training to kick‑start your caregiving journey.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
Have reliable transportation
