Aftercare Counselor

We are looking for a part-time Aftercare Counselor for two separate True North locations. About the Role This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about working with children, have a passion for teaching and enriching children's lives, and seek professional growth in a supportive environment. This is a part-time position from Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Requirements Proficient in the English language Associate's degree or higher in education (recommended) Background check and fingerprints CPR certified Previous experience working with children Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor Relevant 1 year experience (preferred) Hours/Week 10-20 hours per week Ideal Candidate Looking to pursue a career in education People-oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects Achievement-oriented – enjoys taking on challenges, even if they may fail Innovative – prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity Benefits Supportive Environment : A positive workplace that prioritizes the well-being of faculty and students.
