Key Responsibilities Open new customer accounts, process account changes, and provide accurate account service support. Deliver professional, friendly, and solutions‑focused customer service to branch customers. Process routine banking transactions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards. Support daily branch operations, documentation, and customer relationship management activities. Assist with more complex account needs, service requests, and issue resolution based on role level. For senior‑level positions, provide staff support, operational guidance, and help maintain branch service excellence. Compensation and Benefits Job Type: Direct Hire. Location: Sacramento, CA. New Accounts / CSR II: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. New Accounts / CSR III: $22.05 to $26.95 per hour. Senior New Accounts / CSR III: $23.40 to $28.60 per hour. Overall salary range: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.
