What You'll Do

• Step in to support residential homes as needed
• Assist with daily living activities and routines
• Help with community outings and appointments
• Provide a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
• Follow care plans and document services provided

• Comfortable working in different homes/teams

• Able to jump in and support where needed

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass BCII Background Check
• CPR/First Aid Certification (required)
• Med Pass I (required)
• Willing to travel within Akron & surrounding areas
