TIG Welder – Evaluation Hire | Immediate Opening
Pay: $22-29/hr per hour
¨NBSP;Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Type: Evaluation Hire

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
Assist with fabrication duties, including sanding, grinding, and finishing work
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Previous TIG welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule
Clean and organized work environment
Potential for long-term employment and career growth
