Urology – Santa Rosa, California Assignment Schedule & Call \n

- Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM \n
- Call Type: Beeper Call \n
- Call Frequency: ~7–10 days per month \n
- After-Hours / Weekend Callbacks: Avg. 3–5 times per week \n
- Call Ratio: 1:4 \n
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes \n
- Coverage Model: Scheduled clinic hours + call \n

- Clinic Location: Across from hospital \n
- Patients per Shift: 20–25 \n
- EMR: Epic \n
- \n
- License: \n \n
- California License – Preferred \n
- Will consider providers willing to obtain CA license \n
- \n
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years) – Required Certifications (Required)\n \n
- ACLS \n
- BLS \n
- \n
- Onsite during weekday clinic hours despite beeper call designation \n
- Frequent after-hours hospital callbacks should be expected \n
