Service BDC Agent

Mac Haik Ford is looking for a Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do * Answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls to customers. * Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity. * Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email. * Confirm appointments to maintain a high show rate. * Build value in recommended maintenance and dealership services. * Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM. * Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth customer experience. * Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals. * Handle objections with confidence and professionalism. * Maintain consistent communication with customers from initial contact through their appointment. What We’re Looking For * Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. * Strong attendance, punctuality, and work ethic. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Coachable with a desire to improve every day. * Bilingual is a plus. * Experience preferred- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred. * We’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude and drive. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform with minimal supervision. * Must be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
