Permanent Pediatric Hospitalist Opportunity in Eureka, CA

Looking for a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist interested in a full-time, permanent position at a leading facility in Eureka, CA. Location: Eureka, California

Start Date: Immediate / TBD

End Date/Duration: Permanent position

Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotations)

Hours/week: 36-40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Licenses/Certifications: Valid California medical license, NRP certification required

Experience: Prior Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred, 2+ years recommended

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric inpatient care in a hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans
  • Manage acute and chronic pediatric cases with a focus on family-centered care
  • Document patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
  • Assist in patient and family education regarding treatment plans
  • Participate in emergency response and code situations as needed

What You Need

  • Valid California medical license
  • NRP certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
