We Ready Express

Location: Philadelphia, PA 19143

We Ready Express is currently hiring reliable and professional Event Support Staff to assist with upcoming student move-in and move-out operations at local college campuses. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with the public.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist students and families during campus move-in and move-out events
Provide directions and answer general questions
Support traffic flow and parking coordination
Help manage bin rentals and equipment distribution
Assist with cruise ship passenger support and event logistics when needed
Maintain a professional and friendly presence at all times
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
Able to follow instructions and adapt in busy environments
Team-oriented mindset

Pay Rate:
$13.00 to $15.00 per hour to start, based on experience and assignment.
