Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, Engineering

Join BBA and leverage your expertise to work as part of our global talent acquisition team, supporting U.S. business objectives by attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. You’ll act as a trusted advisor in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, collaborating with an exceptional team committed to knowledge sharing and teamwork. Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing and assessing candidates, conducting salary analyses, coaching hiring managers, and contributing to internal projects. Responsibilities Advise hiring managers through a collaborative approach and coaching Lead the entire recruitment process for client groups Serve as an ambassador for the firm’s culture, values and candidate experience Maintain a network of candidates using various sourcing methods Develop, refine and execute talent attraction and acquisition strategies Use our IT systems, technology platforms and social networks daily Maximize the use of LinkedIn Recruiter licenses for passive candidate sourcing Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow‑ups Prepare and present job offers, in collaboration with HR business partners and hiring managers Complete assigned projects in collaboration with other team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, communications or another relevant program of study 10-15 years of talent acquisition experience, including a minimum of 8 years as a corporate recruiter Experience in corporate recruiting Knowledge of best practices for candidate sourcing Ability to handle several files simultaneously Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite Asset: bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written Asset: mastery of Spanish (spoken and written) Asset: passion for technology Benefits Annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $145,000 Annual bonus Time bank Group insurance plan from the first day of employment 401(k) retirement plan Annual paid time off (PTO) Statutory holidays Flexible schedule combining office presence and remote work A caring environment where everyone’s ideas are listened to and there’s no hierarchy perception Eco‑mindful, high‑tech workspaces Committees involved in diversity, social commitment, and more Growing business with many opportunities An inclusive culture that values diversity, respect, and openness Collaborative culture among various departments and with operations clients Valuing complementary expertise Agility and listening—your ideas are transformed into concrete initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr BBA Consultants
