Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.**This is a hybrid-based position at one of Collins’ major facilities. **What YOU will do:Lead functional domain architecture for Finance and HR platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, long‑term strategy, and Collins/RTX architecture direction.Create and maintain architecture artifacts including system designs, integration diagrams, data models, capability views, process flows, design patterns, and blueprints.Build and maintain the functional architectural runway, defining sequencing, dependencies, and future-state design needs tied to business strategy.Develop contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models using approved frameworks; The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
