Job Summary: Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in trauma scans, PIV insertions, and EPIC systems, ensuring accurate and timely patient assessments. Responsibilities: Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Independently scan traumas and perform PIV insertions with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Apply expertise in EPIC electronic medical records, with recent experience within the past two years. Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet unit and patient care needs, including weekend rotations and holiday work requirements. Maintain compliance with certification, licensure, and facility-specific policies, including ARRT certification and VT licensing application. Ensure all documentation, including employment gaps, bed count, EMR, and facility details, is complete and accurate prior to submission. Qualifications: Current ARRT certification required, with active application for Vermont license at offer time. Proven ability to independently perform trauma scans and PIV insertions. Previous experience with EPIC EMR systems within the last two years. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed. Strong understanding of working in a teaching healthcare environment with similar-sized facilities. Reliable transportation with all-season or snow tires during winter months.
