Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching license with special education endorsement (or eligibility for endorsement)
• Previous experience working with students with a range of disabilities preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and implementation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
• Positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and update documentation as required
• Communicate effectively with families to support student growth and transition
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions
• Foster a positive, engaging, and respectful classroom culture
