Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification in Minnesota (or eligibility for certification)
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies based on students’ unique needs and learning styles

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction to students with diverse exceptionalities in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create effective learning plans
• Monitor student progress, assess learning, and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance with state and federal requirements
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional growth
