Your Impact: Oversee and expand clinical operations for a remote team of Nurse Practitioners delivering in-home health assessments and virtual care. Lead initiatives around risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models. Collaborate cross-functionally to build and refine innovative, tech-enabled healthcare delivery models for Medicare and Medicaid populations. What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field. Active Nurse Practitioner license. Proven leadership experience at Director or VP level, specifically managing clinical teams across multiple locations. Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR quality measures, and value-based care delivery models. Experience managing or scaling clinical operations within Medicare or Medicaid populations.
