Job Description

*** Must Interview IN PERSON - No Relocation Assistance ***

Job Duties:

Manage day to day operations of construction and heavy equipment dealership/rental
Oversee financial operations of branch
Manage all departments: Sales, Rental, Parts, Service and Administration
Recruit, lead and correct location team
Evaluate and continually improve branch performance
Maintain customer connection and develop new business
Develop and manage annual budget
Prepare accurate monthly reports

Qualifications:

B.A. or equivalent work experience
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
5+ years team management experience required
Background related to heavy equipment sales, rentals, parts and/or service
Excellent computer skills
Interpersonal communication skills required
Strong organization, time management and delegation
Able to lift 50 pounds and wear PPE

Job Location: Lihue

Starting Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)
