Shift Manager McDonald's (Franchise) is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Manager for our restaurant located in Summerton, SC. Responsibilities Lead shift operations ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service. Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald's standards. Ensure safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition. Help assigned Departments meet their targets. Typical Duties Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
