Capital Markets Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Capital Markets practice of a leading international law firm in New York. You'll advise issuers, underwriters, sponsors and financial institutions on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, SEC reporting obligations and other sophisticated financing matters, working closely with partners on high-profile domestic and cross-border mandates. Requirements 2–6 years' PQE gained at a leading US or international law firm. Experience advising on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, and public company advisory matters. Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. Experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Commercially minded with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
