Responsibilities Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center. Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call recordings, and strategize the pipeline. Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to move leads through the sales process. Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges, pain points, and create urgency for WFS products. Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative approach. Deliver persuasive sales presentations via Zoom that highlight benefits and value. Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting performance expectations. Adhere to CRM best practices for lead management, follow‑up, and forecasting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless process. Exhibit WFS core values to contribute to a high‑performance culture. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales with a proven closing record. Strong communication and presentation skills.
