Cedars-Sinai has been recognized eleven years in a row on the Best Hospitals Honor Roll by U.S. News & World Report!Summary of Essential Duties:Perform a broad range of scans from basic to somewhat complex (abdomen, pelvic, small parts, pediatrics, musculoskeletal)Assist physicians in performing procedures as well as transport medications from the delivery area to an authorized imaging areaExercise your cultural competency in providing patient educationMaintain a safe environment while identifying and reporting any safety concernsQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Graduate of an accredited Sonography program requiredLicense/Certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN or Abdomen certification required, BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross requiredExperience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech required, Experience in a hospital setting required.
