For 10 years, we've helped adults 40+ stay active, mobile, and out of the surgery, injection, and medication cycle. Our clinical model is built on three specialties: Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT / McKenzie Method) Pilates-based rehab using the tower, chair, and reformer Regenerative therapies including Shockwave (EPAT/ESWT) and EMTT You don't need experience in all three to apply. We provide structured training and mentorship in every specialty. What you do need is the standards and curiosity to actually master them.
