Position Summary:

This Email Marketing/Automation Managerwill be responsible for a team that produces and deploys all emails related to the Collette customer experience globally during the acquisition, post-purchase and remarketing phases. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience building and maintaining email automation workflows in Hubspot, who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and bring fresh ideas to our 100+ year old business.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable B2C and B2B email marketing strategies to attract new users and retain existing customers.
• Work with internal data teams to develop and deploy email automation workflows to: Ensure customers are receiving timely/pertinent information about their upcoming trip. Communicate product information to customers who have expressed interest.
• Re-engage with customers post-travel to improve retention.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders across the business to execute both tactical and branding campaigns.
• Maintain and execute a comprehensive email marketing calendar and ensure its alignment to business goals in the US, Canada, and Australia
• Manage a team of two email marketing specialists.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven recommendations for improving Collette's email marketing program.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance
• Devise and execute an A/B testing program for email marketing and regularly report on results.
• Foster a collaborative working environment, both within and outside of the email marketing team.

Knowledge and Skills

• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, preferably in marketing automation
• Experience with Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform) is required.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Availability to work in our Pawtucket office 60% of the time.
• SQL and HTML experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

Starting Annual Salary: $60,000-$100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
