Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 1:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Commitment to workplace safety, training, and continuous learning.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Experience assembling components, modifying parts for proper fit, and following detailed work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to successfully complete forklift training and certification requirements.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, overhead cranes, and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, production processes, and quality control procedures.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds with assistance when required.
• Capable of standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production deadlines.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Duties

• Assemble electrical and mechanical enclosures, components, and related products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, work orders, and quality standards to ensure accurate production.
• Test assembled products and make adjustments or modifications as needed to ensure proper fit and function.
• Safely operate manufacturing machinery, forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while supporting production schedules and team goals.
• Assist with additional manufacturing and assembly tasks as assigned.
