Salary: $27.00 - $32.48 Hourly The Counseling Service YMCA is seeking a Youth Counselor who will be responsible for managing client behavior, providing care to a designated caseload, including direct individual, group, and family sessions, coordinating specialized program services, and managing caseloads. CASAC-T, CASAC Provisional, CASAC (any level) required. MHC, MSW, MFT, MHC-LP, MSW-LP, MFT-LP, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of substance use treatment experience required. Knowledge of the Criminal Justice, Treatment Court, and Child Welfare Systems. Knowledge of motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care. Knowledge of mental health, CBT, and other evidence-based treatment modalities preferred.
